Restart soulHub Process

Description: after hub reboot soulHub process starts.

COMPLETE PROCESS DETAILS:

1.send percentage ==> 0

--> message: soulHub process starting

2.Local mqtt connection

--> 2.1. subscribed all local topics for soulPy,soulSystem,soulDapi,locally Connected Apps & driver's communication

--> 2.2. checked pyprocess status & set it globally.

---

3.send percentage ==> 20

--> message: soulHub started and connected to local mqtt

---

4.Cloud mqtt Connection

--> 4.1. subscribed all cloud consumer topics for Clouzer & Apps communication

--> 4.2. set cloud mqtt instance

--> 4.3. http request for subscribeTopic to cloud

5.Start Happy server with IP: 0.0.0.0 & PORT : 3000

6.send percentage ==> 40

--> message: hapi server Server started now

---

7.initialize database process

--> 7.1.set BOOT mode

--> 7.2. DB initializtion request sent to soulPy

--> 7.2. After getting response from soulPy that table creation & default data insertion done.

--> 7.3. send percentage ==> 60

--> message : soulHub connected to db

--> 7.4.update hubInfo with hub details & fimwares

--> 7.5. send percentage ==> 100

--> message: soulHub in working mode now
